 Arr.  I do know where a lovely French outpost would absolutely certainly go--on
 New Caledonia (sorry, didn't think of a good pun yet), which was a French
 possession.  Nice n' close to ol' Port Block, isn't it now?  Too bad we weren't
 closer to East Africa, where one might put a coaling stop near ABSsyinia...
