Hey, gang. Looks like there’s some interest in forming an LGBTA(1) group.
To all in earshot: If you’re interested in starting a (mostly virtual) LUG,
email me privately at ewelsh at wsc dot ma dot edu . Thanks to those of you who
already have. We’ll talk about forming the org, defining it, naming it, etc.
If you want to show your support by participating, you are very welcome. You
want to help us build that yellow brick road? We want your help!
As far as being out, I ask only one question: when you email me, please let me
know if it’s OK to include your email address in the group mailings to those
interested. (It’s not a huge list; I’m happy to send to you separately if you
like.) Regardless of how you answer this question, I make no assumptions
about how you identify. In fact, I want to issue a special invitation to all
you awesome allies out there. All y’all rock.
