Legoland is perhaps THE place.

but don't become too much of a PR novelty. You need some privacy.

It would need to be a VERY big tent, you have a lot of friends!

Some thoughts (but of course it is your day..)
English/US or Danish style ceromony?
(It seems the danes (or at least the scandanavians) had some different
traditions to US.)
Minfigs on cake? (or indeed an entire Lego(R) cake!!!)
