  Re: Wedding at LEGOLAND

(...) No they don't throw plates, because the birds eat them all, get very bloated, and crash into the boat-pools. It was even worse when they tried spamcake. Steve (26 years ago, 22-Aug-00, to lugnet.people)

  Re: Wedding at LEGOLAND

(...) Just throw them *my* way. Oh, never mind, it would be embarassing, everyone seeing me pick up the celebratory wedding bricks from the ground... :-, Cheers, - jsproat (26 years ago, 22-Aug-00, to lugnet.people)

Re: Can I Send A Minifig To The Lehman Wedding? - Spoiler warning for Todd and Suz

(...) My minifig would love an invite, but knows better than to sample the spamcake. He once ordered it at the gril..the thing is hard as bricks! (26 years ago, 22-Aug-00, to lugnet.people, lugnet.legoland.california)

Re: Can I Send A Minifig To The Lehman Wedding? - Spoiler warning for Todd and Suz

(...) The domesticated northern California spamcake is quite buoyant. It can be used on the LLC boats as a floatation device should abandoning ship become necessary. Those boats aren't on tracks, and collide quite easily. -Tom McD. when replying, (...) (26 years ago, 22-Aug-00, to lugnet.people, lugnet.legoland.california)

  Re: Wedding at LEGOLAND

Congratulations! It's about time you two made honest figs of one another. If you're thinking of inviting guests, I would like to attend if at all possible. (not that I'm trying to invite myself - banish the thought) But since I do own one fairly (...) (26 years ago, 22-Aug-00, to lugnet.people)

Re: Can I Send A Minifig To The Lehman Wedding?

(...) That's a great idea! All the lugnetters could send minifig representations to the wedding, along with a chair and a little gift! A little label on the back to specify who they belong to, and they're off. What a great audience! Of course, I'm (...) (26 years ago, 22-Aug-00, to lugnet.people, lugnet.legoland.california)

Can I Send A Minifig To The Lehman Wedding?

BTW, can I send a chair too so that my minifig can be seated during the ceremony? By him, I would send a 1x1 as a wedding present. I promise my minifig will not become inebriated at the reception if he's invited. I will also send return postage and (...) (26 years ago, 22-Aug-00, to lugnet.people, lugnet.legoland.california)

  Re: Wedding at LEGOLAND

(...) Damn! I was looking for an excuss to get my wife out to LEGOLand but I fear that might be to close to when the baby comes and we will be hunkered down pretty tight I imagine. Otherwise I would make every effort to be there. I guess I will just (...) (26 years ago, 22-Aug-00, to lugnet.people)

  Re: Wedding at LEGOLAND

(...) Not quite all of it.. :) The B wedding really takes place when the legal docs are signed and filed at a county facility, which can be filled with politicians.. which are extremely good at B acting, smoke and mirrors. Yet this really rocks! I (...) (26 years ago, 22-Aug-00, to lugnet.people)

  Re: Wedding at LEGOLAND

(...) WOW! What an opportunity, for you two and for them. I'd say they're excited! This could even make a "special interest" story on National news! Also, if all Lugnet members are invited, think of the gifts you two would get! /Eric McC/ (26 years ago, 21-Aug-00, to lugnet.people)

  Re: Wedding at LEGOLAND

Todd, If you don't mind I am sure there are several of us here in the area that would love to attend (However I am sure both Dave Johann and I would look horrible in brides maid dresses). Just keep us posted, congradulations and good luck. If you (...) (26 years ago, 21-Aug-00, to lugnet.people)

  Re: Wedding at LEGOLAND

(...) <snip> WOW! That is so cool, Todd! Personally, I won't even go to weddings anymore unless they're A weddings. B weddings just don't have the same quality acting, sound or lighting that I've come to expect. ;^D All excruciating nitpicking (...) (26 years ago, 21-Aug-00, to lugnet.people)

  Going on vacation...

Hi, Just want to let people know that I'm going to London and Paris from August 19th until the 29th. So if you email me and don't get a reply for a while, now you know why. Hope I don't miss too much while I'm gone, but hope to find some old sets (...) (26 years ago, 19-Aug-00, to lugnet.people)

KeeRIST! How fast did he accel in stopped traffic to do that?!? I'm surprised he didn't leave burnout marks from his start to pound your car that bad.
