  New BIONICLE.com webmaster

I guess it's no secret, but I haven't exactly spread it around the AFOL world quite yet. So it's time - more than time - to announce that I've taken a position with The LEGO Group. My new role is Internet Content Manager for BIONICLE, Racers, and (...) (17 years ago, 22-Aug-07, to lugnet.announce, lugnet.people, lugnet.general, FTX) !!

Re: BrickFest 2001 Photos of Jessimans?

(...) I totally forgot that the old version of the site was still online. That's pretty cool :-) I seem to recall a photo taken with me and the Jessimans, maybe I'm misremembering. I think what's there might be it, thanks, Travis! -Tim (17 years ago, 25-Jul-07, to lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw, lugnet.events.brickfest, lugnet.people)

Re: BrickFest 2001 Photos of Jessimans?

(...) Well, there's a photo here: (URL) course, since you wrote that article, you probably already know about that one. Note that there's another version of the same article in the "new" part of the site, but it's not formatted nearly as nicely.) (...)   BrickFest 2001 Photos of Jessimans?

I'm trying to track down a few photos taken in 2001 of Don and Robyn Jessiman and some LDraw-folk while they were in DC for the fest. I've checked the obvious BrickShelf folders -- Bram, Lar, Steve Bliss, etc. -- to no avail. Does anyone either have (...)   Re: The Brick Testament - David vs Saul

(...) That's sweet. It really doesn't feel right that I haven't made it to a 'fest since PDX 2004. But at that event I made a foolish promise to some spacers that at the next 'fest I attend I'll have a moonbase module. Now I've been working on one (...)   Re: Anyone free for dinner on Wed. May 16, 2007?

(...) Oops:-/ Hey, Paul- Been away from LUGNET for a while and missed your post. It would have been nice to meet up, although it wouldn't have worked out on Wednesday for me anyway-- I had a gig already. Next time, though!   Brick Testament in Bratislava report; Amsterdam balloon launch

Hi, all. Back from Europe and the LEGO gallery show in Bratislava, Slovakia, was great fun. I hope to have a full write-up of my experiences there in an upcoming issue of BrickJournal, but if you're curious, there are some photos from the event (...)   Happy Birthday, René!

My German isn't good, but from what I've gathered, you had a birthday this past week (12th?). 31, is it? Well, congratulations! We don't have enough communication going between Germany and the US because we hang out in our respective groups too (...) (18 years ago, 17-May-07, to lugnet.people, lugnet.general, FTX)
