As other people mentioned--Dremel is the bestest thing for them!
I use a Dremel and 400 grit sandpaper--not much else.

If you want to shoot me an e-mail detailing what you're trying to do, I have
some new dark bley track lengths I have no problem experimenting on...

I have a question for a very novice modder.... Let's just say... someone wanted to cut some Lego train track... what fairly common, and inexpensive tool could an novice with a limited tool selection/budget to attempt said mod? What would a "pro" (...) (19 years ago, 20-May-05, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto, lugnet.parts.mod)
