For the November SMART meeting (at the new Digipen location) bring whatever
robot(s) you happen to be working on!
Our mini-challenge will be to build a robot that can balance on a teeter totter.
You can design whatever sort of teeter totter you like -- both as far as the
shape and height of the fulcrum. Have your robot start on one end, and seek the
balance point.
Challenge yourself to balance on the most difficult teeter totter you can.
Difficulty increases with how low the pivot point is, as well as how 'pointy' it
is. You can make it easier by having the pivot point higher, or rounder (or even
squared off!)
Here are a few examples of the types of teeter totters you might try, but don't
feel restricted to just these:

| I just wanted to remind everyone about our next SMART meeting in two weeks (Saturday, November 20th, 2pm). We'll be meeting at the new DigiPen facilities, in the Michelangelo auditorium. The address is 9931 Willows Road, in Redmond. Here's a map: (...) (14 years ago, 8-Nov-10, to lugnet.org.us.smart)
