I am too. I think you're right, a first meeting is a little more definitive
than just talking.

I think this is a great idea! We could certainly make it a BYOM(eat) affair,
and make it a potluck for the rest of the cookout-type stuff (potato salad,
chips, soda).
Perhaps we could have some kind of "event" as well? Maybe a building contest?
I would be more than willing to chip in for a prize (if we had enough other
people willing to throw in, like, $5-$10, we could have a decent-sized gift
certificate to the Construction Site, for example). Of course, we'd have to
come up with a theme... what about "summer fun"? The contest could be judged
by it's entrants, by secret ballot or something.

Well there arn't many but I think that Saturday August 5th is available and if I can get it on the calander soon I can lock it in. So if Saturday August (...)
