Well it took a little while, but I now have a digital floor plan of the
space ship. All of the orginal modules have been included plus 8 new ones.

Please response to this message if you are planning on building one of the
question mark rooms. Just to prevent duplication.
The Green area is the table top so there is definitely room for more modules.
This layout will also include a set of ducts. These ducts will not be
visible until you enter them. I will tell you this, each duct will run
along the top of the walls between the rooms. Please feel free to build an
acess shaft along the edge of you modules.
