I was checking this out just now and figured it might be worth bringing
to the attention of anyone here who might be looking for a good buy.
This is an auction for 2 quantities of 9 boxes of set 2556, a 580 piece
model team reconstruction of an F1 racing Ferarri. Well, not really an
auction since the price is fixed at $139 with the "buy now" setting. I
bought three of these off of Ebay last year for around $20 each which I
felt was a pretty good price for the parts supply, and this auction
comes out to $15.45 a set or about two and a half cents per part. The
only kicker is that it's almost entirely red colored pieces, which
doesn't fit my needed colors much (and as I say I've got three sets
already). It's a terrific source for red curved bricks and red 1x2
tiles if you make use of those (the peeron parts link is

Anyhow, thought someone might want to take up on this (it's only been
available on Ebay now for about seven hours now...)
