March 24th doesn't look good - Proposal to change meeting to April 14th

Hi Guys,
Well, I thought that a month and a half would be plenty to get my
landscaping done, but in 3 weeks, they've only gotten about 3 days of work
in between the rain, so things are really dragging along. They probably
have another 4 days of work left.
They really need to have everything done to have the meeting because their
heavy equipment, bricks (not plastic ones!), concrete, refuse, and other
junk is all over the front and back yard.
It seems "possible" that everything will be set by the 24th, but this seems
very risky.
So, I have two possibilities:
We shift it two weeks later to April 7th.
We shift it three weeks later to April 14th.
I think that I prefer the second one because it would put us back to the 2nd
Saturday of the month (the usual time), but a month late!
That should give me plenty of time to get the landscaping done.
Another alternative would be to host it elsewhere, but we were really
looking forward to hosting it this time and bringing some of the "southern"
members in.
Suggestions? Alternatives?
Bryce, Scott - Can you email the other people on the list (or perhaps wait
until we come to a concensus)? Also, can someone email me "the" list of
email addresses???
