OK - I can work on that. Those are good reasons. John's started the
location idea well with Technic 1x2 bricks with embedded 1x1 trans-plates,
and the mosaic stype adds more resolution.

That pins down the problem quite well. John makes a point that the logo
should be buildable, and the design I posted is a bit tough to build -
mostly because of the lack of color choices in the 5x5 facet peice. I think
that's only available in black or light gray, with light gray the most common.

Good point. A few of us may have the pieces for the logo I presented, but
it's a stretch. Should be made of more readily available pieces, I guess.

John -
I like the color scheme better thatn the black/red one. I don't know about
the availability of those tan pieces, however.
...I'll try a mosiac style logo, or try and work some smaller 3x3 facets or
3x3 corner plates into the logo to get a similar effect.
Stinkin' Delaware river valley for our southeaster border... :^)

| Sorry, Ive been in Chicago for a couple of days, and I went down to Milwaukee for a lego meeting last Saturday! Very educational! I personally like the design we have now. It has more of a "look" to it that appeals to me. Also, the red doesnt really (...) (23 years ago, 9-Aug-01, to lugnet.org.us.lucny)
