The next BayLUG meeting will be Sunday, September 15, 2002, at the Fukaya
Room, Fremont Main Library. The members only hours are from 1pm-2pm, and we
will open to the public from 2pm-4pm.
The building contest for this meeting is a Custom Minifig Contest. Here are
the rules:
1. There will be two categories, modified and unmodified.
a. Modified means paint, stickers, and "mutilation" are allowed.
b. Unmodified means that you can use only pure LEGO pieces.
2. There will be two age groups per category, under 12 and 13 and up.
3. Each person may enter only once in each category in their appropriate age
group.
4. This contest is limited to one custom minifig per category, not a group
of minifigs per entry. Multiple minifigs will be a later contest.
5. Waepons and other minifig accessories may be used, within reason, but the
entry will only be judged on the minifig itself, not its accessories.
6. The first place winner from each category and age group, a total of four
winners, will be awarded prizes.
7. The contest is open only to BayLUG members, and all present members may
vote.
8. The contest will be held at 2pm.
