Weekday evenings are always better for me, unfortunately, but I'll try
to stick to whatever is best for the majority.
I suspect that there will further ongoing minor layout changes and
ideas continuing until probably the 1st week of November.

This stuff should be finalized and commissioned long before this, of
course, probably before the end of the month at the latest.

We should have exact measurements (especially height) of these tables
long before this point.

I can probably have a minivan available for use as well. Unconfirmed,
but almost a sure thing.

As long as we've done a *complete* setup at the Friday meeting, 3 1/2
hours should be plenty, especially if some of us can arrive earlier to
ensure no big surprises.
