LEGO comes though again!

Well, some of you know I broke my little top of the micro motor broke so
it wouldn't stay on... And my Train crossing NEEDS it to stay on by
itself. So I called up LEGO and they said they'd send me out one. At no
charge. (How nice)... Well it arrived today... Wrong part. It's the
motor not the top.
I called up again and they were very nice and sorry for the error. Well.
It turns out the part is not listed very well in the UFO set. I was
having trouble explaining it so...
I said "Do you have internet access? Go to lugnet.com. They did and I
told them to enter in the part number. Whoa! they said "I know that
part! I'll send it right out!" Plus they let me keep the wrong part of
the motor.
Now that's customer service!
Oh, and because it was needed for the Show it's being sent on on a rush!
