No, in "indie film land" that is a camera dolly and track.
Proper camera track is steel or aluminum, that's because the dolly is like a
billion pounds to begin with, and once you've got the camera rig, DP/cameraman,
videotap and preview monitor etc on it, like, two billion pounds.
