...and I had a great time!
It was a lot of fun showing the kids, young and old, the layout, and
what you can do with a bit of brick and a bit of time. The
monkey-hunting (especially given the location at the Toronto Zoo) was a
big hit.
I'd like to give a very heartfelt thank-you to a few people: Derek, for
helping me out with the last-minute renovations and general immoral
support; Calum for organizaing this whole thing; Jeff VW for being
upbeat (and his eagle eyes in warning us when the ponies were coming
by); and for the hard work put in by the other rtl'ers who came by and
helped wrangle rugrats in the hot, sunny weather: Wayne, John, and
especially Chris for putting up with all this boring non-robotic stuff.
Thanks to Jake for making it all possible, too!
I'm looking forward to seeing the pictures.
