I know of for sure: Fairview Mall (404 and 401) and at the Eatons Centre,
bottom level near the Marche restaurant. For what it's worth, the Eaton's
Center location does not carry any Mindstorms stuff as far as I can tell,
nor does the Fairview Mall location if I recall. They have some Racer and
Bionicle sets, though, as well as Star Wars, Life on Mars, Duplo, and
Creator.
I was driving down Yonge St today and am pretty sure I spotted one out of
the corner of my eye, between Eglington and Lawrence on the west side. The
store was smallish though.
