I tried going to the MegaBlocks site to see if they had better pictures of
this set. My advice? Don't waste your time with a silly excercise like
that. Their site is a trainwreck of bad design and mislabled links. I gave
up after a while, just too frustrated to want to try looking through poorly
organized and displayed pages any longer.

It's very good. I must agree. My first thought was, "I wonder if I can
build that out of LEGO bricks?" I'm not so sure you can't come pretty
close. I know for sure I have very appropriate sized Technic wheels. I
know the overall body is not too complicated; in fact it's quite square and
uses primary red, white, yellow and light grey. I've done a 1/24 scale fire
truck not unlike this one, but all in red. I might just try to work on
something like this someday.
Are there other people who are also interested in building fire trucks to
larger scales? As in, not minifig scale?
