I leave mine loose. Basically because the modules won't fit through the
doorways in my place. I have to take everything off inorder to move
them anyway.

Agreed, but there are so many people with modules already that it would
be unreality to try and change the design. One think you can do is make
a few half modules out of the left overs. Half modules have lots of
uses. And they fit through doorways.
