Hi folks,

     rtlToronto11: A Brick Too Far
the Eleventh Toronto Lego Robotics Event
     Saturday, August 17th, 2002
Toronto Public Library, Lillian H Smith Branch
239 College Street (E of Spadina)

Join us this August for the 11th Lego Robotics Event here in beautiful sunny
Toronto, Ontario, Canada:  rtlToronto11: A Brick Too Far.  This design
competition is designed to encourage Lego enthusiasts to build a robot that
can cross over a 12" gap between tables, then find a flag and lift clear it
from the ground...before another robot does it!

You now have roughly two months to design, build and test your gap spanning
creation, and bring it to the competition on August 17th, ready to go.
Specifications and rules are posted, as always, on the rtlToronto website:

http://peach.mie.utoronto.ca/events/lego/lego-081702-rules.html

Of course, half the fun is the brainstorming, trash talking and problem
solving in our newsgroup on Lugnet.com:

Post your questions, ideas and ask for help here!

Calum
