   (...) Battery box. Running ot off of the power supplied to the sensor is an interesting idea, but I doubt it would work very well. The light is brightest with a full 9V. I think the light sensor only recieves 5V or less. Rob (22 years ago, 26-Feb-02, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)
