Just received the fire boat from Germany...the one that auction went only up
to 27 DM (13 US) plus shipping. It IS missing pieces (surprise, surprise),
but does have most of them. It is only missing the middle jet, and the
mini-figs. 95% of the boats structure, and there is only a "blade" on the
helicopter missing.
It looks like a fabulous boat, but I'd probably buy a 4025 fire (the smaller
one) and use my town jr. boat for reserve duty.
When I bought it, I made a decision not to make it into a fire boat, as it is,
but to change it into a "small" [Octan] (fuel) tanker.
