using my best 'Columbo' imitation...
The rulz state that the 'bot must fit within 1 cubic foot.
In past competitions, the robots must fit inside 1 cubic foot at he beginning of
the competition but can expand to whatever size after you press 'go'.
During this competition, can the 'bot exceed the 1 cubic foot rule after we
press 'start'?
