Yes, for the most part.  Obviously they can't be as stiff as the their
smaller counter parts.  This means parts can't stay at odd angles
without adding a support to hold them up.  But the Wings do pivot around
the hinge plates and the "rocket motors" do tilt up and down.  The
mini-fig is also fully articulated.  I'll be posting more detailed
pictures of the mini-fig design soon.
