Steve Carell is freekin' brilliant. I keep watching the scene from the pilot
where him, Jan, and Pam are in a meeting about downsizing and he gets a call
from the rep, Todd Packer. I like such dry humour. Like remember the movie
"Office Space"? There's a scene where he gets a call from his gf and she yells
so loud that the answering machine vibrates slightly and moves a few millimetres
on his night stand. That kind of stuff FLOORS ME. This entire show is loaded
with this stuff. Like when Dwight drops a credit card into his shredder and it
strains ever so slightly. BEYOND.
