FWIW,
we ~COULD~ remove the bits of metal off the 1x8's and build the "wall"
and put it on the floor.
we would have to figure our "colouring the corners"
BUT, then the fun of watching the playfield at table hight is gone.
Dave, RTL, et al, I am sorry that HollyNorth (the place were the
gameboard was stored) suffered TWO seperate arsson attemps. The
sprinkelrs did a fine job of putting out the fire(s), BUT ALSO managed
to soak the baord.
ALL that happened over a year ago, and I think we HAVE used the board in
that time. the wood may LOOK bad, but i am sure we can get a FINE
surface from it.
