| So why did I want to get the hubs and the rubber to stick together on the old large Technic tyres? After a very successful 8448 and 8475 merge, and a mostly successful 8466 and 8475 merge, I decided to have another go at it. Thought about the 956 (...) IN the 8448 that was just fine, but these are bigger tyres and a heavier chassis, so it takes a little bit to get up to speed. You can barely see' (...) | (...) So which hole did you use when you RC'd your 8466? I still couldn't totally duplicate your setup with mine built with the main chassis... | (...) I used the bottom 'slower' one for the 8466 (...) I did this mod a long time ago, but from what I remember, I got rid of the dark grey liftarms and pointed the motors towards the front.
