Looks like your machine has been infected with some adware/spyware. It's
replacing text in webpages with advertising links for local Etobicoke
restaurants. As a result, it's copying them into your posts, as above.
Run some AdAware (http://www.lavasoftusa.com/) or Spybot
(http://security.kolla.de/) and get rid of it.
