I think everyones trying to be under three minutes.

Basically:

- Use a move book for the first few plays of the game, so that these are
instantaeous decisions. After all, if you're using Alpha-Beta, it's much less
effective at pruning earlier in the game.

- Try to keep time spent 'doing nothing' to under a few seconds.

- If you must think for like 15 seconds, do it on the other guy's time, or while
you're operating your scan mechanism. Now I'll be the first to admit that task
management in BrickOS is super-hard, but certainly in NQC it's easy.

Right, but I can't go and deliberately say, everyone should try and be fast and
rule out other ways of playing the game.  Hence, we recommend three minutes or
less, not we recommend you hurry the crap up because we're getting bored.

I would not call Steve a dink for wanting to use the full three minutes, that
honestly is his perogative.  We want it to be shorter, but that's what we chose.

We also could have had a time limited round with "whoever gets the shortest game
possible" wins in a tie, but we're not doing that.  Hence...

...oh wait, so, how are we going to weight ties, wins, first starts, second
starts etc?
