Chris,

  As we discovered the other day, you have fundamental problems with the cygwin
part, unrelated to bricxcc.

  If you can't "make" in the demo directory through cygwin terminal you have a
more fundamental problem than bricxcc.

  I'd be asking for help with the whole install process and not focus on bricxcc
until after you can make manually.
