A few days after finishing the build I found out that someone else has
already built an 8466 "stretch":

Not only is the dual-cab replicated the same way as mine, but also the
pneumatic suspension system is nearly identical. Yet I'm sure I haven't seen
the "Kingcab" prior to building my own.
