(...) Thanks again for posting these were available in Toronto. For fun, I bought another two strap today: (URL) different from the two strap I bought yesterday but didn't photograph.   Re: What a trip I had to Markville!

(...) This is the BEST Halloween. How’s this for a Trick-or-Treat!!! I feel like one of those lucky people who tour a Lego factory and pick up an assortment of rare parts…I’ve always dreamt that I’d find 25-30 pieces of drk. Gray round shields from (...) (...) I'm not sure it all the bags will match-You've got to be careful here. Each bag is "just a little different" than the others.   Re: 8865 and 8475

(...) I used the bottom 'slower' one for the 8466 (...) I did this mod a long time ago, but from what I remember, I got rid of the dark grey liftarms and pointed the motors towards the front.   Re: 8865 and 8475

(...) So which hole did you use when you RC'd your 8466? I still couldn't totally duplicate your setup with mine built with the main chassis... (URL) because the RC motor won't clear some other parts of the car. (Not that it worked that well either) (...) (20 years ago, 31-Oct-04, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto, lugnet.technic)

(...) Calum, thanks for doing what I had been trying to do! ;) Your pics match what I had counted so far - 2 bags - and now I know what's in the other 3 and can go ahead and stock my Bricklink store. :) Oh and these looks all old grays to me.   Re: What a trip I had to Markville!

(...) On your advice (and Tim's) I got a two strap and a three strap tub each: This is the three strap: (URL) decided to lay them out by bag, thinking the bags contents may be the same while the selection of bags was random. No such luck--the bags (...) (20 years ago, 31-Oct-04, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto, lugnet.org.ca, FTX)

(...) Mine was a one strap box ;-). It had lots of wings 'n' wedges in old grey (work that one out). It was a sweet box of joy. (...) only the old grey arches are similar).
