Re: So market posts are...? (was: Re: WANTED TO BUY)

(...) Well - not exactly... More like: 1) Israel - coz that's where I was born and raised and I miss everything and everyone there 2) Iowa - coz that's where the guy I love lives <sigh> And possibly 3) Oz - coz you're making me feel at home. (but (...) (24 years ago, 12-Jul-00, to lugnet.loc.au, lugnet.org.au)

RE: So market posts are...? (was: Re: WANTED TO BUY)

(...) Where? My guesses... 1) Australia, as it's a nice country with friendly people 2) USA, the only place LEGO isn't overpriced, and also the only place with LD [well, in the only region with it, anyway.] 3) Denmark, the home of the brick [and all (...)   Re: So market posts are...? (was: Re: WANTED TO BUY)

(.market.b-s-t removed from post) Hi Geoffrey and everyone, Don't get me wrong here - I don't want to butt in or anything; just wondering about a few things. I thought the purpose of .org.au was to welcome b-s-t posts that .loc.au doesn't. I can't (...) (24 years ago, 12-Jul-00, to lugnet.loc.au, lugnet.org.au)

Re: WANTED TO BUY: ONE BLACK LEGO SYSTEM STEERING WHEEL

Do you mean a small 2x1 base steering wheel? If so I think they are relatively common but I'm not positive. Tim (...) (24 years ago, 12-Jul-00, to lugnet.loc.au, lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade, lugnet.org.au)

Re: anyone in Aus bought from DYA?

(...) place. (...) Yes, I was happy. They take credit card and reply promptly to e-mail. They let me know when the set was posted, and although it took longer to get here than they predicted, it was the postal system and not DYA that was to blame. (...) (24 years ago, 12-Jul-00, to lugnet.org.au)

Re: negotiating with winners on Ebay, has anyone tried?

Heres an idea, if the "references" header is removed by the server, add it manually but call it something different (e.g. reference) and then have todd change lugnet to recognise this in incoming emails and change it to references before it stores (...)
