I think the most important thing is to get the where (sydney) and the when (i.e. get exact dates or failing that, close enough). That way, everyone can make sure to keep the time free and also can start investigating travel plans (i.e. figure out (...) (20 years ago, 11-Sep-04, to lugnet.loc.au, lugnet.org.au)

Good news :) Thats got the location sorted out (Sydney) Now if the date can be sorted, people can start planning for traveling to it (and in my case saving up for travel costs) (20 years ago, 3-Sep-04, to lugnet.loc.au, lugnet.org.au)
