Chris, 2 things: You need to specify the URL of an image, not an HTML page. It will usually end in jpg, gif, bmp, or something like that. Clicking on the image displayed in the page above will give you the correct URL. Also, you need to choose “Formatted text (FTX)” in the format combo below the subject.
