Ok, this is being posted with my time advanced 2 hours, so Windows 95 is
displaying the current time as 11:51 PM PDT.

was some discussion of that, perhaps Lugnet has implemented that, I
forget).

Nope, Lugnet isn't screwing with the dates. Someone is converting time to GMT
for this (correctly).

What I meant by all that is that the "Date:" header shown in both the actual
post, and the verification e-mail shows the time in GMT based on my local time.
Everything is correct except that Netscape's messages list shows the time in
EDT not PDT as the system is configured.
