In Russia there once lived a man named Rudolph. Rudolph was very supportive of
the communist regime, and provided weather reports to the Kremlin. In all his
years, he had 100% accuracy when predicing downpours.
When his wife was told this, she asked him "Darlink, how can you predict the
rain so accurately?"
He replied "Vell, Rudolph the Red knows rain, dear."
