Hmm...I would imagine you would have options on that, your recieve end would
have a dialouge box as well as a microphone and speakers.

It would sorta be an ultimate Tomb Raider/The Sims/Midtown Madness game.

No. If it were to be made like that it would freak people out (Think The
Metrix, Red Dwarf Better Than Life). The game would be manufactured when the
computer technology reached an advanced level. If it was to be made today it
would take up about 2 gigabytes of space on a computer (Most likely more than
that).
