(Got the idea from slashdot, some changes of my own)
Put this in your ~/.Xdefaults:
Netscape*toolBar.search.isEnabled: false
Netscape*toolBar.destinations.isEnabled: false
Netscape*toolBar.myshopping.isEnabled: false
Netscape*toolBar.viewSecurity.isEnabled: false
Netscape*toolBar.stopLoading.isEnabled: false
Netscape*toolBar.numUserCommands: 3
Netscape*toolBar.userCommand1.commandName: findInObject
Netscape*toolBar.userCommand1.labelString: Find
Netscape*toolBar.userCommand1.commandIcon: Find
Netscape*toolBar.userCommand2.commandName:separator
Netscape*toolBar.userCommand3.commandName: stopLoading
Netscape*toolBar.userCommand3.labelString: Stop
Netscape*toolBar.userCommand3.commandIcon: Stop
