I had the wonderful experience of being part of a team that switched to the
software back when I used to work in web hosting support. Appearently, it was
going to be used to make sure that we had only enough support staff on hand for
the entire ISP to handle the call load, no more, no less.
Unfortunately, as part of the cost-saving measure, we didn't get the higher end
version, so some features, such as taking into account when we had worked last
or when we actually were available, were not included. I think one time I was
actually scheduled twice for one shift. :-P
