Can somebody tell me how to make a thumbnail/picture the icon for a folder
instead of the manilla folder looking icon. Is there some setting that I'm
missing?

| (...) I don't think it's a setting per se, it's that you have to have a picture in the folder. Folders that contain just other folders will get the manila folder icon. If there is one or more pics in the folder, the first pic, alpha by name, is used (...) (22 years ago, 24-Oct-02, to lugnet.off-topic.geek)
