I get dozens every week -- see <http://www.mattdm.org/misc/virusweather/>.
(This last seven-day period was especially bad.) I'm pretty sure it's
getting my e-mail address out of the Readme file for IceBreaker, because it
often uses subject lines that are clearly snippets from that file. (A bit
disconcerting the first few times it happened.)
