(assuming that the directory is group owned by dlsesign) - yup, that'll work. just don't forget that _anyone_ that has cgi access on that server will be able to read/write to that directory... | (...) to see who's in a group: grep "groupname" /etc/group to see what groups a user belongs to: id "user" to add users to a group, you have to be able to edit the /etc/group file - which (on any sane system), only root can do. sorry... (23 years ago, 24-Jul-01, to lugnet.off-topic.geek)
