and I know absolutely nothing about HTML. I need a program that will help me
build a webpage pretty simply. Does anyone know of a good, simple program that

| (...) Try getting a page on geocities. It's connected to Yahoo, so you won't even need another password :-) They give you a WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) and it's really simple, no html involved (not that you can tell, at least ;-) HTH, (...)
