When you take the funky characters that are used in Web sites (smart quotes, for instance) dump them as is into an RSS feed, the browser, and often many readers kick back on it. (...) I think the easiest way to solve this problem, at least immediately, is to be able to create a feed per newsgroup or collection of newsgroups. (...) Such customized feeds don't work well as RSS. I can certainly imagine some pre-selected filters, and a few seperate feeds - but having a feed generated just for a specific user won't work well. (...) I for one am totally hooked on RSS as a way to keep up with site I visit frequently. In one RSS news reader session of 10 minutes, I "visit" the 40+ blogs I frequent daily. Somehow, someway, I set my default (Normal) Word style to auto-update whenever changes were made. This means, if I bold a selection, it bolds all words written in the Normal style, etc. Very annoying. Each time I open a new document, I have to (...) I have this printer, like it a lot. But lately it has started squeaking something awful. When it's transporting paper it squeaks just before the printed page comes out the top.
