Oz Style. From:
http://www.rowingqld.asn.au/Resources/Recipes/ViewRecipe.asp?Recipe=60
==+==
Ingredients Listing:
Self Raising flour
Six pack of XXXX
One Mars Bar (frozen)
Oil
Method of Preparation:
While drinking two of your stubbies grab one cup of your self raising flour
and add some of your beer to the flour untill it becomes smooth but still thick.
Have another beer while you are heating a pot full of oil.
With a small amount of batter make sure the oil has reached it required
temp, by placing it in the oil and seeing if it bubbles on the surface.
By now you should be on your fourth beer and ready to pull your frozen Mars
bar from the freezer. Place the Mars bar in the batter and make sure you
cover it well. Quickly put the bar in the oil untill golden brown.
Pull it out of the fryer and sit back and enjoy your deep fried mars bar
with your remaining two beers.
Preparation Time:
minutes
Number of Serves:
Makes enough for 1 people.
Cost to make: A$
Under $5 (Total)
Rating:
Pretty good ... can't even tell it's healthy !

The Scottish version would use full-size cans (440 ml), not stubbies (330 ml).
