(...) To turn off the Parental Controls, you have to know the password (four digits, 0-9) that was input into it originally. As far as I know, it can only be input while a DVD is in the machine. Does anyone out there know how to turn off the parental controls on the PS2? Why? My brother got one for his birthday, and somehow, the instruction manual got thrown away-- can't find anything online, so I figure I might as well ask here on the off (...)
