Is it really a stupid DOS question?..:-D
Teyyareci is an old word (used during the first half of the century), coming
from Arabic, and meaning is "aviator" or "pilot". Old timers (I mean the
grandma- grandpa generation) call aircrafts as "teyyare" since the newer
word "uçak" hadn't been invented yet at their times..:-)
The relation?...I'm an aeronautical engineer. Aeronautical Engineering is
"Havacilik Mühendisligi" in Turkish, where "havaci" also stands for
"aviator". One of my older relatives have been calling me as "teyyareci"
since my universty years, to make some fun , and I just like the word. (It
is added to my Lugnet nick, since it was my RTL nick, too)
By the way, what was your guess? ..:-D
