Moses, Jesus, and an old, bearded man were playing golf one day. Moses put his
ball down on the tee and gave it a good whack straight ahead. But after a few
bounces it headed for the water trap. Moses then lifted up his golf club and lo,
the pond parted, and the ball rolled on through on dry ground up onto the green.

Jesus then teed off and the ball went further, and it too headed for the pond,
but instead of landing in the water, the ball hovered above it. He then walked
over onto the water, and smartly tapped the ball, sending it up on the green a
bit further than Moses' ball.

Then the old bearded man grabbed a club without looking, dropped his ball onto
the grass, not even bothering to use a tee, and haphazardly whacked it. The ball
shot way off to the right, right off the course into oncoming traffic. It
bounced off of a truck, back into course bounds into a tree, where it bounced
among the branches and onto the roof of a shack. It made its down into the
raingutter, where it rolled falling into the drainpipe. It then rolled downhill
through some rough and hit a small rock, deflecting it into the air, whereupon
it too finally landed in the pond on a water lily. Just then a bullfrog leapt
out from the water and snatched it in his mouth, whereupon an eagle that had
carefully timed its dive, swooped and snagged the frog up into the air. In
fright, the frog burped up the ball, and it landed on the green and rolled into
the cup for a hole in one.

Moses then turned to Jesus and said, "I hate playing golf with your dad."

Do what you can, but behave yourself.

We'll have more, right after this.
